As I sat typing my last post I hear from one of the girls rooms ....
Baby says ... Hammy, Hammy (that is middle child's hamster)
Middle child says ... oh oh
Baby now lowers her voice even more so I can't make out what they are talking about.
Middle child finally says ... OH that is better.
So I am guessing that the hamster was release and then caught. How much longer must that thing live....

hamsters don't live long!
my kids had rats when they were younger, they live about two to three years. the smaller the rodent, the shorter the life span, i think. i let my kids feed theirs all sorts of junk food, helping a possible heart attack, if you follow my drift.
